Summary: Very comfortable, quiet and tranquil. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Eco friendly and self sufficient power and water. Beautiful surrounds and close to walking tracks and waterfalls within 30mins. 15mins from Devonport.

Summary: Communication from the owner was excellent, the accomodation was cosy and cute with beautiful views of the trees and hills. Being able to see both sunset and sunrise, and sit reading at the outdoor table, listening to and watching birds & bumble bees come in and out of the cottage garden was lovely. My favourite part was soaking in the big bath with the French doors open in the evening, enjoying the peacefulness of the quiet dark sky with a full moon and stars bright in the sky. The bed was comfy and had all the things I needed without having to leave. It’s a location that feels far enough away from the world beyond yet close to the coast and other attractions nearby. The Arboretum is a short drive and a great place to enjoy birdlife, nature and maybe even spot a platypus or two 😊

Summary: I stayed at the Colonia Blue tiny house. To originate you to the photos the bathing is a separate hut. The positive: the bath was all I expected and more. The negative: Currently Colonia blue does not have heating which may not be an issue as a couple on a get away, however I found it too cold for a winter stay. One of the huts has a wood burner, just unfortunately no this one. Owners are planning on putting gas heating in, but if you plan to stay in cooler months please check before you book. Owners were easy to deal with when I expressed my concerns and I was satisfied with their solution. I would stay again, but over warmer Tassy months. Really loved that bath!

Summary: This is such a hidden gem and a peaceful stay. This was a perfect solo trip but would be great for 2 people. This is a tiny home but with the must magical surroundings. The views are incredible and lots of wood and supplies for a perfect stay. There is a portable cook top I believe but I loved getting dinner locally & sitting outside. It’s a clever set up with such attention to detail and sustainable. I will be back, it showcases Tasmania & the outdoors.

Summary: The Arc Pavillion was all that I wanted and more. The location is ideal, both country and coast within 15 minutes and ample attractions close by. There is so much to enjoy at the property that I didn’t leave the two days that I stayed. It is cleverly designed, maximising the side of the tiny home and a beautiful combination of simplicity, luxury and eco friendly living all rolled into one. Whilst the toilet is a separate little building outside, it is only a few steps away. It did get cold over night when the fire went out (there is no other heating) but there is ample wood, the tiny home heats up quickly and hot water bottles were provided. There bed was comfy, beautiful double doors to open up and let the sunshine and fresh breeze in whilst laying in bed, the view outside from the deck, bathtub and outdoor lounge is wonderful. I enjoyed peaceful mornings reading and bird watching, afternoon yoga and beautiful bathtub sunsets from the area. Relaxing by the coast fire and star gazing were highlights too. Communication was fantastic, Kylie was friendly and accomodating and I had every thing I needed during my stay and more. A beautiful little space for a a romantic get away or a solo traveler wanting some RnR.
