Positive: I'm not sure.

Negative: The matresses and bedding should have been replaced 35 years ago. They owed me change because they wanted cash, but never did give me the change? I suspect if I owed them money they wouldn't forget. It was very dark on the ground floor especially with 90% of the lights being burnt out

Positive: After we moved in, I noticed we paid more money by mistake. I highlighted it to Alejandro and he paid the difference back, hence, Alejandro is an honest and trustworthy man:) Also, he was trying to help us if we had any questions (like how to use the washing machine). The location is super cool, if your office is near Avenida Escazu or Multiplaza, you can go there by foot. Bus station was super near and the supermarket as well. It is a good place with a good location and enough space for a family of 2-4, I would say 4 maximum. Super safe, it's located in a gated area, hence we kept our cash and phones there, nothing ever happened.

Negative: The property was a bit dirty when we moved in, hence, we had to clean everything ourselves. There's a construction site nearby, hence, if you are a remote worker, the nose might affect your calls and it's a bit difficult to work with the noise. But in the evening and in the night it was quite. Yes, the dog barked a few times but didn't bother us much. It's a very good place for that money if you need good location and much space.
