Summary: All staff were very on the ball and anxious to please. Breakfast was excellent - many choices and delivered promptly. Evening meal again had good choice and promptly delivered. Room was good size, bed very comfortable and other seating in room. Have made several return visits for good reason.

Summary: Impeccable service, spotless room, great location, quiet elegance. My only criticism is that I did not appreciate the new £23 per day charge for the housekeepers that just popped up. When I asked about it, I was told, "But 100% goes to the housekeepers". Huh? Was that supposed to make me feel better? Hasn't the cost of housekeeping always been part of the overall bill, and hasn't the decision to tip or not always been with the guest? This is simply an unfortunate new hidden charge to the room rate.

Summary: Lovely hotel, in a very convenient location, walking distance for Harrods and Sloane street. The bedroom was a little larger and better spec. than others we have stayed in London. Friendly helpful staff.

Summary: Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks.
