Positive: Overall the apartment is lovely, good location and parking on site. The space was clean and comfortable and we would certainly use again.

Negative: It was difficult to get the code for the key safe. The host sent a message whilst we were travelling which we didn't get, once we arrived at the property we were refused the code until we had sent identification.

Positive: Overall this apartment has everything that you could need. It’s also nice that you don’t have to share the yard with anyone.

Negative: It was very loud at night and in the morning - this made it difficult to sleep calmly.. Maybe the walls are thin in this building, because you can hear all the neighbors from other apartments in this building. Every night they were vacuum cleaning so it was very noisy and hard to fall asleep… Do not recommend if you’re light sleepers as us:)

Positive: Large property with everything you need and a lovely outdoor garden where we could enjoy the sun and talk until late at night near a prosecco or wine glass

Negative: There were 3 door until you reach property, each with it's own key. Not a problem, but more of a small inconvenience

Summary: Excellent base to explore Lake Como. Close to the railway. Beautiful outdoor garden and comfy beds

Positive: The entire experience was amazing. A great, friendly and helpful host. Perfectly located accommodation for what we needed. We were on a motorcycle trip. It had a garage where we could park the bike. A cute, very clean and well kept flat. Clear and quick communication from the host. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Located in the centre of town with private parking. The host was helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Negative: Kids had to sleep on an extensible couch. We knew this in advance from the description. Missing dishwasher But all of these are nitpicks.

Positive: Helpfulness and responsiveness of the manager was of the height level you could expect. Not only we felt welcomed but also received valuable information such as disruption with the roads or changes in the ferries’ schedules etc. Parking is available both on the street near the unit and in a covered parking spot. The town is not as tourist as others around the lake so it’s a good and quiet base.

Negative: The property is a unit in an apartment building surrounded by other apartments, not much to do with the lake unless you walk down the street to the waters edge. The level of security is high as to get in you have to open at least three sets of doors which could be difficult to figure out in an emergency.

Positive: Very cosy and beautiful apartment, every detail is chosen with a great taste of style, we really loved it. The host is very helpful, will help you to find good restaurants nearby. The entrance of the apartment is well secured and the backyard is really cosy and beautiful.
