Positive: Communication was great. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very neat and clean. Practical, perfect for what we needed - an economic bed for the night!

Negative: Sofabed could have been more comfortable. Towels were a bit scratchy.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Parla. Despite being located in the suburbs, the connection to the city center was incredibly convenient. There's a direct train that takes around 30 minutes, and it runs late into the night. The round trip cost for two people was only €11.20, and the apartment is just a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was simply excellent, fully equipped with everything we needed—from a water heater and air conditioning to a washing machine and coffee maker. Highly recommended!

Positive: The apartment owner was very friendly and receptive. She was so kind to wait for us despite our arrival time was late at night which was outside the check-in hour. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Madrid with family or loved one.
