Positive: Excellent location in respect of accessibility to 42nd Street downtown Mahanttan New York,good affordable buses to Mahanttan very cost effective to best places ,very clean room with so many facilities that makes the apartment very comfortable, nice serene neighbourhood overlooking Mahanttan across the river for good sightseeing for visitors. Best experience, I will come back to the property on my next trip to New York .I had extremely wonderful experience at the property. Excellent

Positive: The apartment was very small, but very cozy, perfect for 2 ppl. The area was also very nice and getting into Manhattan was easy, the bus stop was right next to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The TV also had lots of channels, which was amazing. And there were a lot of shops in the area. There were also lots of towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Negative: The neighbors were quite loud sometimes and we could also hear noise from the street, I'm guessing because the walls are thinner than we're used to, but it wasn't unbearable at all. My fiancée also saw a cockroach in the kitchen on our 4th night, but after that we didn't see it. The shower was small but nice, but we could not figure how to get the temperature right because it was either very hot or very cold, but maybe that's on us. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment and I'd book it again, cuz we had a great experience :))

Positive: Clean, very comfortable bed, close enough to the city by bus as instructed.

Negative: Stairs to get to the room (not great if you have heavy luggage), very noisy AC (to the point that we couldn't keep it on at night because of the noise, and it was very hot), shower pressure was too low and no power outlets on both sides of the bed (only one).
