Positive: The location was on a quiet street . There is a lot of space in the apartment. Nice balcony to relax and enjoy the weather. Free Netflix and HBO Max for entertainment. The desk in the bedroom was perfect for doing work.

Negative: The space could have been cozier as this is a large apartment. A larger and more comfortable couch would have made the living room comfier. The mattress in the bedroom was a "Full" size so if you are taller/bigger it may not be the most comfortable sleep space. Also, there were no working fire alarms in the space (safety issue!!). There was a used face mask on the couch from the previous guest and the throw pillows looked dirty. The trash was almost full and stunk. It makes you wonder what the $120 cleaning fee they charge is for.
