Positive: The owner of this property was very nice. He met us in person to hand over the keys and do the check-in. We loved his nature, very hospitable, and he gave clear instructions about available transportation, as well as a tour guide map to explore Prague. The house was very clean and well maintained, absolutely spotless and real value for money. The property also had parking, which made it very easy for us to leave the car there for two days and go into town.
Negative: The only recommendation i have is to furnish the apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Positive: The location is convenient, not far from public transport stops. There is private parking. The host was very friendly and hospitable, and left gifts for us. The flat was very warm and comfortable. We were kindly provided with a barbecue and charcoal for grilling. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, which was a big plus! Overall, we had a good stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, I must point out that the household equipment listed in the description was not available. Specifically, there was no washing machine, no dishwasher, no coffee machine and no hairdryer. This was an unpleasant surprise for me, as I was counting on having these appliances; otherwise, I would not have chosen this apartment at a price of €160 per night.

Positive: It is a well laid out property, in a peaceful area. The bus stop is nearby and also a small supermarket. Takes about 40 minutes to the centre of Prague with public transport. The apartment is neat, clean and well laid out. Hosts were really pleasant as well, quite helpful and always responsive to our messages.
Negative: Towels had a weird smell. Hope they were washed before being given to us. Pillows were super soft, like no support at all. Apartment was a bit cold, but just a bit. Bathroom had no trash bin.
Summary: Good for the price.

Positive: Owner is extremaly friendly and help with accomodation. Public transport is really easy to go to Praga centre. I felt that i have whole home to me an mine famile.
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.
Summary: I recommend this place to everybody seriously.
