Summary: We loved the condo and the location. It was perfect for our family and easy to get to all of the activities in the valley. Host was very easy to communicate with! We loved our stay this summer!

Summary: I will start off by saying the owner is friendly and communicative about the property. Flexible on the checking in and out time, but as other reviews have stated she will charge you extra for anything involving kids. My kids are older and respectful but apparently blood on white sheets (why white?) from mosquito bites warrant 100+ dollar charge. I did everything humanly possible to be respectful of other people's houses but she seems not to understand that when you rent a house out, occasionally you might need to throw out a towel, or sheets. It is part of the business. We were there for 10 days, spent a lot of money renting it. It just leaves a sour taste. Next year we'll stay elsewhere.

Summary: Stayed here for an October wedding. The property has plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Good location. Communication with owner was great, and the price was great.

Summary: Waterville Valley is beautiful, and Jennifer responded promptly to all communications. We used the condo for two nights in July with our two sons (7 and 9.5). The condo was very hot with no AC, which was a bit uncomfortable but somewhat manageable with the fans. Jennifer was hesitant to rent to us because she thought we were wedding guests at first who she said have a tendency to make a mess. Unfortunately she wanted to keep our security deposit because of a small blue stain (size of a dime) she found on her rug after our stay. I would recommend avoiding this rental if you have kids or are at all concerned about the slightest spill or mess.

Summary: A few friends and I attended The Warrior Conference in Waterville Valley and we could not have been happier with our stay. The condo we rented was perfect size for five grown men. We had everything we needed and then some. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow, the beds were comfortable, and it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. If your going to stay in Waterville, I would recomend stay here.

Summary: Jennifer's place absolutely fit the bill for our party of 4 adults and an 18 month old. There is a lovely master suite upstairs with a big bathroom and a bunk room. On the main floor is a 3rd bedroom along with a bath and an open living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the condo for a comfortable stay. Jennifer is very responsive and gave us thorough instructions. The living room furniture was quite new and was very comfortable for lounging after a day outside. The condo is positioned with lovely views of the woods. The Waterville Recreation Center is just down the hill and it is a short walk to the Athletic Club and a little further to the village center. A bonus for us cross country skiers is easy access to the trails from just down the road.
