Positive: Location was great, size and fittings for apartment was good.

Negative: 1) Entry instructions for opening the gate without a key didn't work (nobody picked up the phone) and we had to tailgate a car to get in the first time (after that we had a key) 2) The sofa is very uncomfortable as a bed and really not usable for sleeping, so I would say it really should be rated as having capacity for 4 3) There were no instructions about how to open the gate for the pool area (it has a code that we had to ask some residents for)

Negative: Getting to the location, understanding that the building is where it is was a little sketch. Also the air tag is creepy

Positive: The apartment was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer was an added bonus.

Negative: Entry at the main gate was difficult until we retrieved the the gate key from the lock box. The parking app was also not user friendly.
