Positive: The location. It was near to train station and buses. And also halal food eatery is nearby and convenience. The host was easy to contact and he was kind and helpful.

Negative: Would love if the toilets include with bidets.

Positive: The property is in a great location, within short walks to both Hyde Park and Baker Street, and right opposite to Edgware tube station. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for family to stay. The instructions are clear and the host is super helpful, going above and beyond in helping me get back some stuff I accidentally left in the property after checking out. Would highly recommend!

Positive: We liked everything about the property. It had everything in there that was needed. Big room plenty of space We were very pleased

Negative: The only thing would be the two toilet were loose and the shower plug was blocked, but there was a second shower worked well. But this was only a minor problem

Positive: The flat was centrally located near shops and transport . Good value for money for a large group of 9 . Kitchen was well equipped , sofa , , tables etc. Towels . Supplied , shampoo etc . Bright space

Negative: The beds were really uncomfortable . Mattresses were very hard . Noise coming from outside and the plumbing pipes inside the flat at night was awful . It is an old building which needs a few refurbishments . The mattresses on most beds need replacing to more comfortable ones and some furniture needs to be fixed to walls ( one wardrobe almost fell on someone ) If these few changes were made , this flat would be really great

Positive: Great location, right across from the tube station and right near grocery stores Great and fast communication with owner Good for large groups Affordable, good value Decent wifi, just a little spotty for phone calls Entertainment/streaming service available Iron and washing machine provided Clean towels provided

Negative: Bathrooms, bathrooms, bathrooms! There were 2 bathrooms. One was just toilet and shower (no sink). The other had toilet, shower, and sink. They were both very cramped, with no place to hang towels or toilet paper rolls. The showers were doable for smaller people but the people in our group who were taller or had mobility issues had trouble getting in and out of the shower and moving around. Larger individuals or those with mobility issues will likely have trouble with these bathrooms as well.

Positive: We are a family of 7 ( 2 adults & 5 kids) on a business trip. It has been a superb stay here. Nice and big house with great location. Just across the street from edgware rd station. The owner has been accomodative and very responseful throughout.
