Summary: My 5th or 6th stay at this property (I've lost count...). Works perfectly for me and my spouse if she accompanies me. Functional kitchen, large private lot with a covered patio and a gas grill to minimize indoor cooking messes. Thanks Eric for being such a great host!

Summary: I chose a VRBO property over a hotel so I’d have a full kitchen to help cook the family dinner. The kitchen had all the equipment and dishes I needed to prepare the food I was bringing and made it so nice to have extra oven and refrigerator for shared food. Summary: We stayed here to move our daughter in at KU. The location was so convenient- only a mile from her dorm and close to all the businesses on Iowa St made it easy to grab groceries for our stay and all that she needed for her dorm. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is well set up. Communication with Eric was easy and prompt- he was very helpful! The only thing I would change is a mattress upgrade on the bed. Other than that, this place was ideal.

Summary: Clean and advertised correctly. But, no hot water for 2 nights. Owner responded quickly to no avail. We moved out and owner refunded charged. Later found owner’s instructions about flash heater were incomplete. Upsetting at the time, but just a miscommunication
