Comfortable two-room apartment with fully equipped kitchen and large balcony near KIT North and Karlsruhe city center. The apartment is centrally located in the center of Linkenheim in the immediate vicinity of two S-Bahn stops. You can get to KIT in 10 minutes by bike or in 20 minutes by public transport. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Karlsruhe city center by S-Bahn and about 40 minutes to the main train station. Karlsruhe or Bruchsal are only a stone's throw away by car.
Your temporary home has a shared entrance with the second apartment in the house. You enter your approx. 68 sqm apartment on the first floor on the right. The 2 room apartment consists of a large living room with a very comfortable couch that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. Or make yourself comfortable in the armchair with footstool and watch TV.
At the dining table with the cozy bench you can enjoy your meals or work.
From the living room you enter the bedroom with the large bed (180 x 200 cm) and the spacious mirrored wardrobe. A small dressing table with mirror and drawer prevents jams in the bathroom. You can only lightly filter the brightness in the room as desired using interior blinds or darken it entirely with the exterior blinds.
The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary accessories, there is even a washing machine here. You can enjoy your first morning coffee at the small table next to the balcony door.
Or make yourself comfortable in the teak armchairs on the balcony and enjoy the sun. If it gets too warm, a large awning provides pleasant shade.
The daylight bathroom has a bathtub in which you can also shower. Fluffy towels and a bath mat are ready for you.
You only share the 50 Mbit WiFi line with the guests of the other apartment in the house.
Friendly dogs are welcome with us by arrangement, please let us know BEFORE arrival if you are traveling with your animal, we will be happy to prepare a cozy place to sleep and provide bowls.
