Summary: We stayed for 25 days. The house is immaculately clean. Exactly as shown in the pictures. During our stay we had asome problems that were brought to the attention of Maria. She had them dealt with INCREDIBLY fast. We used public transportation while in Merida and, at times, found it hard to get a bus into Centro . . The bus to progreso was very reliable! So this is why our location rating was 4/5. Overall it is a great place to get away from the "hustle and bustle"
