Summary: Great communication with owner. Full use of home (to include garage for rental car when temps outside were sub-zero). All expectations met!

Summary: Overall the property was a great stay, Great location and the home is beautiful! The host Josh was excellent with communication and solves all of the problems I had quickly. He pre approved me. Which also made the booking process smooth, for me approved soon after. Made a great vacation family stay for Hoildays. Glad I picked this home. There was a basement room that was cold from the MN winter and thermostat to heat had to be turn on by 12/1pm to heat home fully by bed time. Overall It was great!
