Summary: The staff was great. Room is a wonderful size but hotel is on great need of a redo. Room was shabby, especially bathroom. Air conditioner was really noisy.

Summary: The girl who always manned the desk and breakfast was friendly and accommodating! Upon checking in our room was dirty-floors and surfaces were not clean. The housekeeping could have been better. There were crumbs on floor. Sparkly glue dried on carpet. Oily substance on coffee table, animal cracker in AC vent, colored pellets on bathroom floor. The desk girl graciously assigned us a new room. That room was better but still had red make up smeared on white bathroom door, grimy hand/finger prints on same door where people push door shut. The shelves in bathroom where linens are kept were dusty. Window curtains had water mark stains as did shower curtain in at least one of the rooms we stayed in. Regular and routine cleaning would improve these conditions. Beds were comfy though.

Summary: There was a pair of dirty underwear and someone’s clippers & toothbrush in a drawer. Stray hairs in the bathroom…I felt squeamish. I was also double charged and have to call them to figure out why.

Summary: The rooms and other areas dingy and furniture well worn with what looks like they were shewed/ worn on edges and scratched up. Rooms and Common areas need a repainting, carpeting is worn. The toilet in our room had a cracked lid. There was a late night party going on in the room next to us, the front desk did not answer their phone after repeated attempts I had to walk down to the front desk and they moved us to a different room to address the issue but did nothing with the people causing the noise at 10:30 pm. We got a room under the party room and could still hear noise. Avoid this location.

Summary: Didn’t hang around the facility due to work but when we arrived late at night our beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were very nice. Made for a great nights sleep.
