Summary: The staff were super friendly. The air conditioning didn’t work in my first room, and they got me another room very quickly! Hotel breakfasts aren’t usually very good, but this one was great! Cleanliness was a 10/10.

Summary: While the hotel lobby and halls were clean, it needs a lot of maintenance work done. The stairwells were in rough shape, scuffs, etc. The room itself needed new flooring, felt wavy, unstable and made clunking noises.

Summary: Tried to explain the room had urine in it. It smelled like urine. The floor was damp with urine. The furniture smelled like urine. The staff didn't seem sympathetic to it.
