Summary: We chose this place for location. It’s not terrible but it’s not what it used to be. Main complaint is cleanliness, there was trash including a soda bottle full of what looked to be urine, behind the curtain. Luckily for everyone I found it before my toddler did. Next breakfast, was ok but you have to ask them to bring items out, like yogurt, then they put 3 at a time out for a whole Room of people just fill the fridge. And last staffing is minimal, having to wait 10 mins for assistance with your door lock not working. Just not very satisfied this time, and this is my 3rd summer visiting this hotel.

Summary: First room that was given to us, toom 225, had a busted AC unit. Went back to the front desk and was promptly given a different room. 115. Only complaint was kids jumping and running on the floor above us. Continued through 1am. Went to front desk to complain and ask if they could make them stop, but no one was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came up. I have stayed here many, many times over the past year and this was the only bad experience I have had. It still wont deter me from staying here again. Great staff, clean and nice motel, and great location.

Summary: Spacious room, comfortable bed, but the room was a little dated. Blackout curtain hanging off rail, which meant the flood light outside the building was lighting up inside my room. The bedside reading light didn't work and the carpet was worn. The complimentary tea/coffee was awful-tasted like soap. Breakfast however, was wonderful.

Summary: Have stayed here many times over the past year, and the staff are the best! I will never stay at any other motel while in Johnson City. This, by far, is the best!!

Summary: Our room is extremely large and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows were not even standard size and we had a king bed. The bathroom shower walls were not clean. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Summary: Was great until the morning came. Check-out is at 11AM. So I would like to know why a man collecting trash tries to come in at 10:45!!! No thanks.

Summary: The bed at this hotel was not comfortable. Neither my husband nor myself slept well in this bed. The breakfast was mediocre but the facility was clean and the front desk friendly.
