Summary: This was my 2nd time here. When I entered my room it smelled bad, like there had been dogs in the room that needed to be bathed. The bed smelled the same. I called the front desk to tell them about the issue. He said he would send a housekeeper up. She was at the door very quickly. She came in and i told her the issue. She walked to the bed and smelled it and left. She came back with the front desk person. He smelled it. She asked him if he wanted to move me to another room. He said no just get some air freshener. At that point i got irritated and told him the he was going to make sure i got fresh linen. He told her she could, as if he was doing me a favor, and he left. She came back and changed everything. Replaced it all with fresh clean linen and left some air freshener on the counter. She did her job but he didn't even want to help me. I wrote a review when i received the email and was contacted about it the following day at work. The woman said she was the manager and didn't recall the incident. I informed her, she wouldn't because the "manager" i was speaking of was a man. She repeated that she didn't recall the incident. I explained again to which she replied, can you come talk to me. I declined because i was at work and offered 4:30 when i got back there. She wanted me to talk to her at 7:30am. That would have made me late so i declined and informed her i would be leaving when my booking was up the next day. I left and booked another hotel.

Summary: Nice hotel, pool is a bit small and was overrun with unsupervised kids, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Gave my family a bit of extra time in the pool as a consideration after the kids left so that was nice. Facility was clean and accessible

Summary: Room was nice and clean but had a musty smell. No hot water for morning shower and breakfast had no milk and other breakfast items due to truck delivery not in yet, not hotels fault but management could have gone to store for milk for kids' cereal.

Summary: It was hard to get people to the front desk and no one ever answered when i called. The rooms are nice and comfy. My room wasn't cleaned very well.
