Positive: Upon leaving , we stopped at the front desk to return our keys and there was just a note that said to leave the room key ..No human to be found, also no receipt... We had also been there for a few days and had asked for clean towels and for our bed to be tidied up .. the manager had said they would get it done only to have us return that evening to nothing cleaned or straightened in our room ... We are handicapped, hints why we had a handicapped room .. our son went to ask for new towels and our DIL made our bed. We had our son ask for a wakeup call the next morning for 8 am and that was never given... any of the 5 days we were there. The first night checking in (my DIL had made the reservation) and the young man behind the desk argued that he couldn't find anything under the name ... Somehow he found it after telling me he had nothing with our names ...All in all it was a good hotel... It just seemed the only time we seen any one was when they were there to take our card...

Negative: Staff didn't seem attentive. None of the things we asked for we accomodated

Positive: The customer service was outstanding and our room was very nice!

Negative: The breakfast was a bit disappointing but not the worst. It just seemed very limited main entrees kept running out. The staff worker was definitely trying her hardest to keep up which I appreciate.

Negative: I found out when I tried to check in at 3 PM that my room reservation had been canceled. Partially my fault because I completely forgot that the credit card I used to hold the reservation was compromised and canceled. It didn’t even occur to me that I had put that on that credit card so it is partially my fault, but I was at the facility very early and went in twice before 3 PM to try to get in early access and was not told either time that my reservation had been Canceled, only by going back at 3 PM the clerk then told me that my room was canceled and there was absolutely nothing he could do about. He would not take another credit card and told me my room had already been sold to someone else. Thank goodness, I was traveling with friends and they allowed me to stay in their room. The next morning, I talked to the hotel manager, who repeated everything the clerk the day before told me that corporate comfort suites runs the cards, and if they don’t go through, they automatically cancel the room, cannot believe I was not notified about this and given a chance to give a different credit card

Summary: Very disappointed in the way my rumor reservation was handled.
