Summary: Staff was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was awesome.

Summary: My flight was delayed and I wasn't sure when I would be checking in to the hotel. I called from the airport to let them know that I was stranded but would be there the next day to check in and to not cancel my room reservation for the next 3 days. The person taking the message was talking to someone else and I had to repeat myself multiple times. He said he would make a note. The next day when I went to check in at the hotel they didn't have my reservation and said I was a no show. I explained that I had called and spoken to someone who was not paying attention. I was told I would have to pay extra because they had to make a new reservation. I am not happy with this hotels customer service and I should not be charged extra for their mistake.

Summary: The walls and carpet on second floor very worn and scuffed with paint missing in places. Toilet and shower issues. Coffee in breakfast didnt work.

Summary: Our stay was Good, I say good because the staff need to do a double check on the cleaning in the bathroom mainly in the showers. I not going to say what was in it, it just need to double checked on the shower floors. Bed was comfortable super clean in the bed the sitting area. Love the Lady at the front desk! And also Can you’ll update on the pillows Please
