Summary: Gave front desk items needing fixed in our room.Had to login to WiFi everyday, watch video 1st to get logged in? Curtain pull string was broken or missing, I couldn’t reach top to operate it. Sink was very slow to drain, needs unplugged. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor.

Summary: The elevator was out. Not too much of a big deal but if I'd had loads of baggage and kids it may have been. Things happen so it was not a big deal.
