Summary: We stayed Easter weekend with 4 kids and 3 adults and the house was perfect. Spacious backyard, quiet neighborhood and the extra locked gate for safety. Communication was a breeze and everything was as stated.

Summary: Booked this location for a Brother getaway/50th birthday trip to see the Dallas Cowboys. Very nice & quiet neighborhood, beautifully maintained home & yard. Check in was easy with the check in process provided. The owners provided the little things that are often needed but typically forgotten or must be purchased (like spices to cook, extra towels, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, etc). Rooms were nice and all was as pictured. The beds for the most part were comfortable, however, for those who may have a bad back, the mattress in the master is a spring bed and may require someone to switch to another room, which was the case for us. (The other beds were extremely comfortable), and the a/c was bery nice, especially after a day out. The only other thing that was found (just slightly inconvenient), was that although there was a door in close proximity to the location of where the box for key is,you have to walk back around to enter the home. Again, definitely not a deal breaker as everything was great! We stayed for 3 nights and any correspondence withbowners were met with a very prompt response. The owners were extremely accommodating to our request to check in a little earlier than typical, which was extremely helpful after driving for 5 hours. The house definitely was a win... and for our cowboys, well, we can't win them all!

Summary: The house was exactly like pictured. Communication was wonderful. We had a fabulous stay! Conveniently located to freeway while still being in a safe, nice area. The house is well appointed and offered several little extras to make things easier such as laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, some coffee supplies, plenty of towels, Amongst other nice touches. We would stay here again for sure if coming to the area.
