Summary: It’s good to have laundry machine and dryer in the room. Sadly has no pot or pan to cook but microwave works well. Staff is friendly, location is far away from airport if you need to have early flight, I will not recommend.

Summary: Clean rooms, friendly staffs, shopping near by kitchenette but with no amenities and best of all washer and dryer in the room but have to supply your own laundry detergent

Summary: Staff was great. No kitchen amenities like dish soap or towels. The clothes dryers kept erring for filters being dirty but they were clean.

Summary: Very nice apartment-like accomodations. Very clean, nice ammenities like washer/dryer, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The manager was very helpful and communicated with us easily. A few restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and American Village is pretty close.

Quiet location yet centrally-located and easy access to McDonalds, the TK-05 direct airport bus/limousine, and the nearby American Village; 4. Toothbrush and other toiletries provided; 5. Kind, friendly & helpful hotel manager; 6. Air purifier in room; 7. Hi-tech toilet; 8. Free room cleaning once a week; 9. Water, snacks, laundry detergent, and other items available for purchase in lobby 24/7; 10. Nice wooden workdesk with swivel chair; 11. Kitchen has a hot plate, tea kettle and good-sized fridge with freezer; 12. Available front desk support via WhatsApp; 13. Free same day luggage storage after check-out or before check-in time. CONS: 1. No daily bottled water provided in room; 2. Early check-out time (10am) with an added hourly fee (JPY 1,300) for a late check out; 3. Fee to rent plate/utensils for your stay; 4. Toilet bowl size is regular (not elongated); 5. No chairs in lobby to sit.

Summary: A clean room and very friendly service. We were traveling with a child, so it was nice that a baby crib and high chair had been brought to the room in advance. Within walking distance of the shopping street.
