Positive: It’s comfortable

Negative: I reserved on Booking months before, when I got there, they told me my reservation is not confirmed they don’t take reservations from booking.. and there was no empty room. I had to get the Haitian out of me before they could finally find me 2 rooms. I should not have to go through this pains. Customer service is very bad. I hope this is my last bad experience with them. Also, why is there no ac during the day?? They run the ac only from the afternoon until 6am. It’s too hot not to have ac the whole day. All that money people gotta spend for one night. Please get this together. Thank you. Food was good.

Summary: They ruined my day unfortunately.
