Summary: The staff was very courteous, the rooms very clean, the breakfast offer beyond expectations and for the price off season a real bargain.

Summary: When we arrived around 6 pm our room was freezing they had not turned the heat on and it was a cold snap that day. It took hours to warm up. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very polite but he couldn't communicate very well as he couldn't speak english well but we managed lol . We were in room 122 but the back entrance to the parking lot was not shoveled. There was alot of snow and I use a cane or walker. I feel it should be shoveled and salted so nobody slips and gets hurt. We couldn't find the guide on the tv either not sure if there is one but usually there is. The bathroom never warmed up the floor was freezing cold.

Summary: The staff was froendly and reassuring. The room was very clean and well maintained. The microwave was not working but the staff immediately offered to gave it changed if we wanted. Thank you.

Summary: The bed was comfortable. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance. Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The key worked fine for the room.
