Positive: Rooms were newly remodeled,very clean. We were able to make the room dark and the temperature that we wanted. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable .In the morning, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Especially for kids that got to choose what they wanted. We were able to continue our Thanksgiving visit with family that came from different cities and stayed here while having breakfast. Like a mini family reunion. Always stay here when we visit.

Positive: The TV in our room did not work. Someone from the front desk came up, she told us what to do, we did it. It did not work.
Negative: Hockey players and their families hanging out in hallway drinking, loud taking, door closing hard, kids running up and down the hallway and kids and adults were extremely loud.

Positive: The staff was helpful and professional. Two staff members attended the breakfast area. This was good, but also added to the congestion. The front desk person immediately addresses the children running & playing in the hallways at 10:10pm. It was quiet after that.
Negative: The hotel seemed to be at capacity with many children running in the hallway. Seemed like a large group of hockey teams. The breakfast area is small considering the number of guests. The design of the counter area is not good. Everyone is funneled into a small area, which causes long lines. The carpet in our room was old with several wrinkles.... potential trip hazards.
Summary: Great staff but the property is tired.

Positive: Location was excellent. Nice area at back to walk dog. Drive up to the room on lower floor. Quiet . Second time we have stayed within a month and would recomnend. Staff friendly.
