Positive: The staff was helpful and professional. Two staff members attended the breakfast area. This was good, but also added to the congestion. The front desk person immediately addresses the children running & playing in the hallways at 10:10pm. It was quiet after that.

Negative: The hotel seemed to be at capacity with many children running in the hallway. Seemed like a large group of hockey teams. The breakfast area is small considering the number of guests. The design of the counter area is not good. Everyone is funneled into a small area, which causes long lines. The carpet in our room was old with several wrinkles.... potential trip hazards.

Summary: Great staff but the property is tired.

Positive: Location was excellent. Nice area at back to walk dog. Drive up to the room on lower floor. Quiet . Second time we have stayed within a month and would recomnend. Staff friendly.
