Summary: Hotel is conveniently located close to stores & restaurants. Snacks were available for purchase in the lobby and a quick breakfast was provided in the morning. However, we had reservations for a room with a king size bed and the bed was only a queen. Definitely not as we had hoped it would be, but the bed was still comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and could easily accommodate someone with disabilities. Our room included a coffee machine, fridge & microwave. Enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

Summary: Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was terrible and no cream for coffee. Room had a clogged toilet and when I went to desk, they didn’t have someone ‘at that time’ to fix it. So I said just to give me a plunger and I would just do it. The comment I heard was ‘ I like when guests just do it themselves’. Ok, where’s my discount then? Area is a little sketchy too.

Summary: Although the room was very clean, our time overall was very disappointing because of the breakfast. When we saw the pictures online, we anticipated a fairly good one. The only fruit was apples, and there were only three left. There were no eggs left, and when I asked if there were more coming, I was told that by the time they were prepared, it would be after 10:00, the time the breakfast ended. This happened at 9:25. It is not like we showed up just a few minutes before the end of the time. There was not a great selection and we left hungry.

Summary: Our room appeared to be recently renovated which was nice. The air unit had an odour the first night - perhaps it hadn’t been run in a while. Hopefully the breakfast eating area is part of the renos. There is room for maybe 10 to sit at one time. I’m not interested in sitting on a sofa with my food on my lap.
