Summary: Very clean room, no issues TV control with two different remotes very confusing, contacted front desk, they sent a staff person to instruct usage. Parking with a boat trailer a little tight, a few wider spaces needed.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. Everything was great expect the shower. The tub was very slippery and we felt unsafe due to the fear of falling while taking a shower. The tub should have a mat and more safety bars to hold onto. Thanks, Karen and Dewey

Summary: We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year.

Summary: Generally like all aspects. Mattress was too firm but most lodging places are that way and the TV was rather complicateed. Took a bit to get use to it. However, overall it was a great place. I did find it a bit pricy though.

Summary: I wasn't aware that your room cleaners did not come by everyday while we were there to refresh bath towels, wash cloths and bath mats. You guys need firmer pillows.
