Summary: Very comfortable and clean , staff was amazing

Summary: The bed is very springey, and makes your vack hurt. We asked to get towels Saturday and sunday morning, we were told they did not have any clean towels both times, and they would get them delivered to our room as soon as they had some. We never recieved our towels, upon check out she said they must be piled up in Someones room.

Summary: The room was okay. The beds were more full size than queen. The hot tub wasn't hot. The heater blew out cold air.

Summary: The staff are amazing, that said the room needs updating. Carpet had lots of stains as did the accent chair and ottoman. I developed a small rash over the course of three days. I hope its not ringworm.
