Summary: Room was super smelling. Even the pillows stank like cigarettes. Mold and gunk on the ceiling. Toilet not cleaned. No regard to quite hours: there must have been a travel team staying. Parents camped out in the hallway, drinking and talking loudly at midnight. Kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors until past 1am.
