Summary: Lady who checked me in was very cordial and sweet. Room was on the back side of hotel, very loud train traffic all evening and into early morning. Room was clean. Bathroom, where tub and toilet are, had lots of hair on the floor. Bathtub had the interior lining coming off of the sides. Like paint peeling. Lots of surrounding restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Summary: The staff were very nice! Only two other comments, this was a handicap accessible room and I know from personal experience that the sink is too high. For wheelchair users, like my husband was, it needs to be table height, otherwise your chin is in the sink! It would also be helpful to have more outlets available to plug in electronic devices. One place I stayed had breaker bars so you had lots of outlets.

Summary: Hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Customer service was great. Hotel is a little dated but other than that, we had no issues. Pool was closed down on first day but they had it up and running by the next day.
