Summary: Everything was fine except when we went to take a shower. 2 days of cold water and they did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. Disappointing.

Summary: The room was nice and clean. Only problem was it smelled.strong of cigarette smoke! I didnt think i had to ask for a smoke free room. Your add says all rooms are smoke.free which this one definitely was not!

Summary: The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I was only able to get one extra blanket and it wasn't enough for us. I was told they didn't have anymore blankets because the hotel was full. They had a reason but I didn't sleep that well because of it. But... I liked this hotel! The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. It was quiet and the beds were great! King size! The continental breakfast was very nice as well, and everything was clean and well organized. When we arrived the room they had booked for us had a very dim light in the bathroom so the staff immediately moved us to a new room. We had some trouble with the air conditioner blowing too continuously and I reported that to the staff after check out. I would recommend this hotel based on the comfort of the room and the helpful pleasant staff. We would absolutely stay again regardless of the little inconviences.
