Summary: The pool room floor is SLICK tile. Extremely hard to walk on with wet feet or shoes! The breakfast was terrible with no fresh fruits, cereal or milk. When we asked for pool towels for 4 people they refused to give more than 3 towels or to stock any towel racks. Wehn we got to our room to check in there was no comforters on the beds, instead one was rolled up in the closet and we had to call the front desk to request one for the 2nd bed. This was definitely the worst comfort suites I have ever stayed at.

Summary: My room smelled like cigarettes and he quickly swapped out for me, no problem. Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast spread. Bed was comfy. Room was pretty clean, floors and bathroom could have been nicer. Kind of a weird dodgy neighborhood but the parking lot is fenced in which was the only comfort I had regarding my car’s security.

Summary: Rooms were sub par for the price and management would not work with me with a cancellation request. They told hotels.com they would refund me then changed there minds once I checked out. I would only recommend if your options are little to none.

Summary: If you’re just passing through, this hotel is fine. I chose it because we were attending an event in the area, the hotel was relatively close to it, and it had good reviews. Well those reviews were wrong. It’s just not very clean- the baseboards are dirty, there is dust on furniture that clearly isn’t used often, etc. again, if it’s one night just to sleep, fine. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Stayed for the weekend. My disappointment was they have no cable, no smart TVs and you only get about 6 American channels. Also, the restrooms were soooo small that you can barely get in. In addition, there’s only one elevator for a three story building and the only ice machine was in the lobby! I think the rate these hotels charge, you should be able to enjoy your stay comfortably.

Summary: No one told me about the 150 dollar deposit. There was something red on the pillow case. Asked the lady at the desk about the pool lights she said they would come on but never did kids went swimming in the dark. Staff was creepy they followed people around. The girl that did breakfast don't even try to speak to her she was so rude.

Summary: No access to news or sports (except horse racing) channels (6 out of a menu of over 30), that I could access. Breakfast was decent, but some selections were almost depleted.

Summary: I like that it is walking distance to stores. What I do not like the breakfast the same so for my 3days staying there I ate breakfast of same food foe 3 mornings. Also there was a testing of fire alarm wthout informing me or even posting in my door that there is a fire alarm testing so I was petrefied when hearing the alarm good thing I do not have a heart problem. When I went outside I met the staff passesby I asked if there was fire somewhere and he replied it was just testing the fire alarm gadget and said sorry to me
