Summary: The night shift either from Colorado (didn’t get his name), SUPER helpful and so polite!! Room has patch spots that hadn’t been painted. Shower curtain was too small and water would spray out into the bathroom floor. Pool was not open. Breakfast was ok- standard eggs, bacon and biscuits

Summary: The pool heater wasn't working and we booked a two queen but ended up with one king instead. We had to use the hide-a-bed and it had a giant pee spot on it. Other than that, the room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive.
