Positive: Breakfast was great and the people working the breakfast couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. They were super!!

Negative: The water pressure in the hotel room bathroom sink was a little weak. That's the only minor thing that we noticed.

Summary: When we come back to Scottsboro we will stay at your hotel again. Thanks to all we met while we stay

Positive: The breakfast was ok. There was a small variety. The Hotel location was good for us.

Negative: Our room was on the first floor near the stairs and staff rooms. We could hear the people above us moving around. We could hear the staff in the rooms next to us. We were awakened by these two sets of noises more than once each night. The pool had green mold at the waterline on the tile.

Positive: This place was cleaned to within an inch of it's life! Everyone was friendly, everything in the room worked like it should - even the A/C was quiet (which seems to be a problem in many places these days...). The entire hotel was super-quiet! It was a 10-minute drive to downtown, and a 5-minute drive to my destination. The price was exceptional!! If my travels bring me back to the area, I'll definitely be back!

Negative: This is more an observation that a complaint: In both the bedroom and bathroom, there were patches in the walls that had obviously been installed by someone who had not Clue-1 about patching drywall! So... cracks were starting to appear. Around the bathroom sink, the paint was discoloring or just worn from people rubbing it. Again, these are not complaints, and for the price I paid for the room, I have really have NO COMPLAINT AT ALL!

Summary: For the price, one of the best hotels I've EVER stayed at!

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Eggs, bacon, biscuits which is better than the waffles and cereal that many motels offer.

Negative: No complaints.
