Summary: Water main break so no drinking water was available. There were also issues with the television in my room so they had to move me to a different room. Major inconvenience for sure.

Summary: The lobby is pretty spectacular with the water frames but loud. There is renovations going on but the room was finished. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and jacuzzi tub was an unexpected bonus.

Summary: They had a hard time finding my reservation they could see my son's who I also booked. my son was traveling from another location he got in no problem. But when I went to check out they said my son never showed except he did and slept in room 312. I hope they can work it out because I had an appointment and couldn't wait around.

Summary: Good overnight, but the shower/ tub was overwhelmingly mold/mildewed. I took pictures because I had never seen a showerhead that was so badly moldy. And the caulk around the tub was black. (It was not black caulk) I decided to wipe the granite shower walls using a white washcloth and just a small wipe of a 1x1’ area came back brownish. In short, the entire shower desperately needs steam cleaned. It was a truly gross experience. I just had hip replacement surgery and have to be uber careful with infection. The showerhead was NOT safe.

Summary: Good for the price. I've stayed at this property several times. I like the area and I am usually tired when I arrive . Check in is easy. Pillows were good mattress was a little firm pretty quiet clean. However the room was musty this time. Running the ac helped. Breakfast was good too.Overall not bad. Ill be back
