Positive: It was a good value, beds were comfortable.

Negative: The sofa bed was gross, old stained mattress and pillow was flat at least the sheets were clean. Bathroom was dated along with the furniture.

Positive: The breakfast was great! The room was clean and comfortable. It was great being so close to the airport.

Negative: The worker at the front desk acted as if I should have known that I needed to schedule a shuttle ride (i.e. that it didn't run regularly) and continually mentioned that they usually do not use the shuttle for people to pick up their rental car from the airport (even though she took me there.) I completely understand if that is their policy, but that was not made known to me before that, and repeating thar multiple times did not change the situation or make me feel welcome.

Negative: I left a clear bag on the bed with my jewelry/other things in it when checked out on the 24th of August, called back on 28th and was told housekeeping never turned anything in. 😒
