Summary: The room was not very clean at all. When I checked in I waited at least 30 mins for someone to even come to the desk. The breakfast was horrible. Very disappointed especially because I have never had a bad experience with you guys.

Summary: Cordial, efficient front desk staff. We liked the room - spacious and up-to-date. Nice, large TV. Good drawers & closet space. Did not like the bed - this is a personal thing, but it felt pretty soft in the center. Quiet street, but surprisingly good location for restaurants. 10 minute drive to Derby Dinner Playhouse. Parking is a little sparse.

Summary: Really comfortable accommodations. Housekeeping was a little confusing though. Made one bed but not the other or not at all. We had 4 people in the room so we had to ask for more towels everyday because they would take the dirty ones but not replace them. Other than that. It was perfect and would definitely stay again
