Summary: The room was very hot, very hard to sleep. The desk clerk failed to let me know that the WiFi was not working even though she had given me the room key with the WiFi password. It wasn’t until I asked about issues with the WiFi that she disclosed with me that it wasn’t working. Then a hotel employee opened our room door not knowing that we were in there. The apple and orange juice available during breakfast were as dark as coke and didn’t taste good. I would not recommend this place

Summary: We didn't have any particular problems just the beds were kind of hard and the shower faucet was dripping but nothing major. We got to enjoy the pool almost every day off our stay and it was close to our room so that was great.

Summary: The hotel is a decent place to stay for a night or two. There was renovation occuring so I understand the condition of the hotel was not up to par. The room I had smelled like wet carpet that did not dry. Three of the larger towels were not clean. Besides those things, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the front desk clerk was polite!

Summary: There was a bad smell in the room and even worse in the hallways. Both stairwells were closed off. So we had to use the elevator that my girlfriend is very afraid of. You'd think that would be a fire hazard.

Summary: I thought it was a little over priced for the market considering the overall state of the facilities: curtains didn’t shut all the way, clock didn’t work, breakfast eggs were rubbery, coffee was not so great. It was clean however and staff were friendly.

Summary: The only reason this stay was enjoyable was due to Rhod. She is fantastic, going above and beyond to serve customers with a smile and a quick laugh. She is a hard worker, there wasn't a time where she wasn't cleaning, or caring for customers. Doesn't seem the type to sit idle. She is an asset to your company, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she has earned.

Summary: This property is in dire need of upgrade. Holes in the wall (door knob?), holes where items were removed from wall, furniture worn, carpet dirty. I Believe the cleaning crew does what it can with what they have. Front desk staff awesome......
