Summary: They have no pool, no fitness room, and the breakfast is crap. How they charge 300 to stay one night is beyond me. They just take advantage because they are one of two hotels in all of simcoe. The best western is riddled with Crack and methheads and they know that. 2 stats overall. Beds are comfortable and parking is free at least. They have a nice little spot with a BBQ and picnic benches if you want to cook for yourself

Summary: Breakfast free was basic but enough to geet you going...loved the ice water at the frint especially on hot days...close to le&n trail which i biked...nesr lots of great restaurants...i tried the barrel great fettucine

Summary: My hotel room was in a terrible state - it was dirty and had a horrible smell. I reported the issue to the receptionist, who then showed me four alternative rooms. Unfortunately, most of them had the same problem, but I was lucky enough to find one that didn't smell bad.

Summary: Excellent property-- helpful. We would appreciate a shopping map of the area, showing restaurants. Breakfast area too small- only had 3 tables . Breafast time on weekdays was 6:30 - 9:00 . Phone in the room wasn't working. The breafast attendant was so helpful.. full marks for her. Breafast was adequate.

Summary: Excellent front desk, very friendly people at front desk. The room was cleaned and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, food was cold and not alot of selection. Plus the room is on small side with little room to sit. But overall good hotel to stay when in area.

Summary: Booked a pet friendly room which is ground floor so you can park at the back door patio. A/c is not controllable and I found it lacking but working. Staff were prompt and friendly.

Summary: Room was clean. A little maintenance in washrooms would be good. Continental breakfast was good. Not nearly enough seating. There were only THREE tables

Summary: Had an issue with the bathroom sink on check in.. baddly clogged and not draining. The gentleman at the front desk responded right away and cleared up the issue. Wasn't really his job, but he took on the task and fixed it. 10 out of 10 for this.
