Summary: The staff was really friendly. However I was expecting a bit more based off all the reviews. This was a glorified motel at best. It didn’t feel worth the price. The hallway for the 2nd floor had NO AC and it stunk really bad, the smell seeped into the room. The room thankfully had AC. Since we are currently having a heatwave. The smell was very hard to ignore and it smelled like stir fry and eggs. It was clean enough I guess. There was hair in the sink but no biggie. Overall we just stayed for one night so it did its job.

Summary: The staff at check-in were fantastic! The room was a little hit or miss. The floors were filthy but the rest of the room was fairly clean. The towels were soft and smelled nice. The room was too small for my daughter's wheelchair so we had a very difficult time moving around. We had to climb over the bed to get around her. The whole building was very humid. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay.

Summary: Great place to stay on our trip from California to Washington. Very clean and very accommodating. The only downer was no ice available b/c the ice machine was not working. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

Summary: Room was fine. Pool and spa were working and clean..it’s the first thing I check. Front desk was friendly and working hard at multiple things…but had trouble with checking in as I was charged 3 times. I brought it to their attention and was told manager would call me but never did. Left without getting it resolved.

Summary: Traveling on a budget and this hotel offered a safe and clean place to stay while visiting family in Roseburg. I was able to use the fitness room and take advantage of breakfast each morning. The staff is exceptionally courteous.
