Summary: The hotel did not look like the pictures. It was very dirty and needed lots of attention. We had to be moved from the first room because it smelled like smoke. We were moved from the second to the third floor and our room had ants in it. They were on the floor and on the counters. There were Bobby pins stuck in the carpet as well and stains on the comforter. The stairwell had dead bugs and dirt all on the floors and needed to be cleaned as well. We were very eager to leave and will not be staying again. The only positive to the hotel was the young man who was working the counter. He was very accommodating and understanding.

Summary: The pool was dirty. dead spiders and other bugs. Dirt around the topon the inside. King bed was very hard. My back was very sore both mornings. No phone in room.

Summary: Some of the staff were polite but not really kind. the building itself was in general disrepair and just plain dirty especially the carpet. In our jfirst room the toilet seat with peeling finish looked disgusting, and there mold on the ceiling. Asked for a different room and was put in a new renovated room but the new room didn’t have towels. With a late night arrival we were tired and these issues were really annoying. The next morning a guest with 4 young children was using the work out room as a playground which was inconvenient and honestly just dangerous. the treadmill only had two options slow or really fast. The beds were comfortable and that is the point, to have sleep which we did. The room was very humid. Overall would not recommend and wish I had followed the reviews and booked elsewhere.

Summary: Had a drainage problem in the sink. Had to push the door shut or would catch. One of the locks was broken. Nice size fridge with freezer. Large comfortable room.

Summary: We booked a 2 queen room. Upon arrival i was asked if we actually needed 2 beds. I said yes. The lady at the front desk told me that our room was deep cleaned earlier that day, but the carpets should be dry by now (930pm). They werent even close to dry. I asked to change rooms but was told i booked the last 2 queen room available. We couldnt set anything on the floor other than shoes. Had to wear shoes the whole time or would have wet socks. Hvac unit made squeaking noise every time the fan started back up, so we just shut the heat off and lived with the cold. We heard from a few more guests that also had wet carpets. After a long day of driving, coming to a room with damp carpet and noisy hvac left a sour taste to us for this location.
