Summary: Frayed carpet in the room; slow draining sink; heat vent was right beside the bed so you were awakened every time the heat came on

Summary: Rooms were very clean and nice. The person working the desk was very rude to us when using the hot tub / pool. There are no drinks allowed in the pool area, including water etc. so if you're looking to enjoy a beer or water on the hot tub or pool area, try a different hotel.

Summary: Didn't find out the hot tub was out of order until after I paid (non refundable). Mark, the owner, was told about it a week ago but it is still not fixed.

Summary: Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. He checked my previous room to ensure that I had not forgotten anything and made sure that the TV in my new room was functioning properly. When I returned from dinner, he greeted me with a genuine “Welcome back!” I understand he is new to this position. He is an asset to the Comfort Inn.
