Summary: The weekend I got married, I decided to stay here. I picked a larger suite because I knew I'd have a lot of family & friends stopping though. My bed was comfortable, the sink area had great lighting, the shower heated quickly. I had family from 6 states & they were satisfied. The location is great, right off the freeway, lots of restaurants & stores in the area. Also it was 5 minutes away from the reception. The breakfast was delicious. They have an additional room by the dinning area that I would've loved to use but I felt the rental price was too high.The staff was super nice & supportive. I do wish I could've received some sort of discount or incentive as the bride because I needed to add on an extra night. Still, a wonderful hotel that I'd like to come back to.

Summary: The air-conditioning unit blows cold air directly over the bed, no matter what setting it is on. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The only nice thing about the room was the tub/shower which had nice hot water and was very clean. Staff are friendly.

Summary: Very very disappointed with the service at the desk. Person at the desk when I arrived did not great. Worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. The guy didn’t say thank-u just gave me my keys very rude person when I left I gave the keys he didn’t say a word. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like people

Summary: Very comfy beds & plenty of bath linens. Great customer service. Plenty of USB plugs & good TV options. However, we had to change rooms b/c bathroom light went out & no one to fix it until nect morning despite arriving in early workday afternoon. Fridge was lukewarm at best. Someone was definitely smoking on 1st floor despite being nonsmoking hotel. Rooms and hotel were rather outdated. The breakfast was okay but ran out of hot food & juice quickly.

Summary: The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. The room was ok, but no amenities The elevator was dirty.The breakfasts were varied and good, since my stay was a few days, but the coffee was tasteless. In general, my stay was ok, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay ther again. Not worth the price. .

Summary: Very nice accommodations with an excellent breakfast. Water pressure in shower was weak, but everything else was above average. Would recommend.

Summary: Move the smoking area out from in front of the hotel and off to the side. The seating area out front should be non-smoking so that people can enjoy it. The carpeting in my room was dirty, as was the bathroom floor. The lampshade had holes in it. The man at the breakfast area was very kind and helpful, even when breakfast was over.
