Summary: I requested an ADA room on the first floor when I checked in I was given a second floor room. The elevator was at the end of the hall on the first floor. I had to use my mobile walker all the way down the hall, then use the elevator and then walk back all the way down the hall to the first room on the second floor. I don’t understand why that had to be there had the bedrooms somewhere on that second floor that were closer to the elevator. It was extremely inconvenient tiring and very frustrating.
