Summary: Upon arrival had to pay an extra charge for potential damage that will only be removed from credit card in 7-10 days. The only elevator in hotel was broken and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs - no offer of help; no apology. There was no lighting beside the sofa in the room. No soap provided for second sink in room. No plug beside the bed (for phone charging).

Summary: We appreciated that it had restaurant a step away as we weren’t familiar with St Jerome . The service was amical. The only issue we had was the room doors really banged hard next door to us . Overall stay was fine . We also appreciated the included morning breakfast .
