Summary: Hotel needs modernized. Bathtub very slippery and unsafe. Minimal amenities which for the price I paid I would have expected. To clarify large bottles of shampoo. Conditioner and body soap are standards now in showers in the price range of this hotel. Staff was friendly

Summary: Overall, the hotel was not clean. There were several teams in town and so rates were jacked up which is fine. But staff smoked cigs more than they cleaned.

Summary: Getting into the room was challenging from the start. Only after kicking the door in frustration was it possible to enter. The room was freezing at 66 degrees so I reset it to 72 only to wake up in the night in discomfort. Then the alarm went off at midnight. I’ve had far better experiences.

Summary: Some of the staff were friendly, others too nosey and ready to gossip the second they could. I began to not want to stay because of the drama. Pool was closed about 7-8 days out of the month we stayed. Some of your staff was super nice and made you feel welcomed. If you eat make sure not to take too much because you'll be all they talk about. All in all an okay stay.

Summary: The front desk associates were very nice and welcoming. However our temperature controls in the room were non existent. No matter what we did it was 80 degrees in the room which was miserable. Also not sure why we only had 2 bath towels provided when we had 3 people checking in. We have stayed here previously and this is the only stay where I might never come back, just because of the room situation.
