Summary: They had the option of been avke to try fugu puffer fish which was delicious

Summary: Pro: welcoming and helpful staff, clean and comfort, good location, discount parking, quiet. Con: No information on the website that the discounted parking fee is only for one time entry, No room service for three days, Only towels were provided in a plastic bag for three days. Had to keep my trash in my room for three days, Had to go to the reception desk by myself to pick up an extra pillow. The breakfast buffet was simple and the food options had no harmony together but just random choices of breakfast food, Body soap instead of hand soap in the room. In general the atmosphere felt like a guesthouse level of service rather than a Hotel.

Summary: We stayed 2 weeks, the staff were fantastic. Always greated with a smile and to make sure our stay was great. Great breakfast, plenty of food and tables to for everyone. Location is very convenient for transportation, few minutes to trains and buses. Plenty of restaurant options and shopping very nearby. Hammamatsu has a lot to offer and comfort hotel was fantastic.

Summary: The hotel was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable. One member of our party had a walking disability and had a difficult time entering the bath because there were no grab handles. Other than that, everything was great.

Summary: Automatic check in/outs were convenient, The suitcase safer was also easy to understand. The first floor cafe runs until midnight with unlimited beverages and coffees. Breakfast is also not bad.
