Positive: We needed to change the booking a few times (to add extra person / change check in time) and the hosts were very accommodating. I'd stay here again if in this area. The soft carpet throughout the property and the bath were lovely.

Negative: I couldn't get the TV to work (but that's probably me)

Positive: This is a great house. But not taken care of. From the front lawn to the back lawn. Could be an awesome place to stay. Good layout and a TV.

Negative: It was not maintained. It was dirty. Beds were stained and lacked clean sheets. No clean towels. Maggots in the oven. Overgrown grass in the back yard. Potential bed begs in two bedrooms.

Summary: Left for Health and Safety after less than 24 hours

Positive: Good size rooms, generally furniture good quality, didn't use facilities like, stove, oven, dishwasher or clothes washer so can't comment on those. Hopefully they worked. Host was friendly and responded to queries efficiently. Appreciated her assistance when we forgot something went out of her way to assist.

Negative: Poor air-conditioning, sheets on main bedroom too small kept sliding off when you moved, tv remote didn't work we had to go and purchase batteries and we left them for the next tennants, insufficient towels only 4 when there were 6 of us. No hand towels or flannels. If we knew this would have brought our own. Dishwasher sponge, smelly unhygienic. Too much dust in shelves of tv cabinet, indicates no pride in work.

Summary: Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

Negative: Very poor communication about entry to property. No tea or coffee provided. Beds not made properly and sheets looked used . No detergent supplied for dishwasher . No free to air channels on tv

Positive: The house was comfortably large with 4 rooms. Fresh towels were provided.

Negative: It was difficult getting the key code on the night of arrival. After several emails and messages, the Key Code was given to me by phone message after many minutes waiting at the door, quite frustrating as the owner knew we were coming much in advance. Fresh linen was not provided. Many doors were cracked.
